Our services start from the very beginning of the project to the very end of the project. This is from the very beginning from the measure and planning stage to the installation and final check. We provide all of the services so we really are a one stop shop!
Measure
Home Hardware Design Center offers a measure/design service fee at $100 + tax. This service fee is helps cover the amount of time that we are dedicated to you. This fee will be taken off your sale if you choose to proceed forward with us.
Design
Apart of every kitchen sale is a custom kitchen design made specifically for you and your personal kitchen needs. Our designs start with a preliminary design and are modified to best suite you while still being functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Selection
Apart of every design comes the selection process. In this process we help you pick colours that work with in your space and fit your design needs. Each selection is customized for you to give you the wow factor in your home.
Proposal
Once you have finalized your layout and selection of colours. Our kitchen designers create a proposal that outlines everything that you have selected with a final price at the end.
Payment
Our store policy breaks up the payments into two different categories depending on the job.
50% before ordering, 40% before delivery and 10% after installation
or 50% before ordering and 50% before delivery. This is up to the discretion of the kitchen designer.
Installation
Next comes the installation, our experienced installers will follow the layout provided and create exception final work. After the work is completed there is a final inspection that the designer will go through to make sure everything is to your standards.
